I am looking for a professional roommate that is clean, quite, respectful and down to earth. You will have your own fully furnished bedroom and private bathroom. The new community is located right outside of downtown Avalon Park and 10 minutes from Waterford Town Center. You will also have easy access to the 528 and 408. The $700 rent will include utilities, cable, internet, trash pick up, washer and dryer in the unit along with access to all the amenities in the beautiful gated community (pool, gas and charcoal grill, fitness center open 24hrs a day, billiards room and fire pit) (there will be an extra $30 charge if you would like a DVR in your room).
